Water Shut-Off Valves Moved to Garage

When the Condos were built over 30 years ago, the water shut-off valves were placed in the garage for the 36 condos in the outer ring; however, for the 20 inner-ring condos (units 25-44) the valves  were placed under the condos.  Therefore, it is necessary to crawl up to 80 feet under the condos to shut off the water.

This summer (2015), the owner of unit #37 installed PEX piping to a ball valve in the garage to allow the water to be shut off in the garage for seven units (37-38 and 40-44) at a material cost of $86 paid by each owner.  (A shut-off valve for #39 had previously been installed.) The below pictures shows the sign that was placed above each new shut-off valve:
