  • Delinquent percentages are up from 20% in December to 21% in January and February.
  • 1 unit has a pending ejectment of the occupant. Coffee Creek has ownership of unit.
  • 1 account disputing charges that were carried over from VIS
  • 6 accounts making consistent payments

  • 1 account is liened not making any payments
