Gutter Replacement
Several proposals for replacing all of the gutters at Coffee Creek Condos were reviewed at the Board meeting on June 24, 2014. The proposal from Advance Custom Gutters for $18,130 was approved by the Board. Work started last week and is expected take another three weeks as the contractor is working 2-3 days/week at Coffee Creek. Say hi when you see the owner Ben and his helper Donald replacing our gutters.
